The Dark Valley is easily the best western not set in America or Mexico I've ever seen. I'd be hard-pressed to name more than five or six revenge story movies I've seen in the last four years that were as impressive as this one. Andreas Prochaska is a genius, and I hope that in the future he can make something as good as this.
